Orlando City's Kaka believes that Steven Gerrard's arrival in Major League Soccer will boost the game of football in the United States.
The Liverpool captain will close the curtain on his 17-year senior career at Anfield this summer when he joins Los Angeles Galaxy in July.
"I have good memories of Gerrard," Kaka told Sky Sports News. "He was one of the players I loved to watch. I like the way that he plays and the way that he moves on the field. I'm so happy he's coming to play here. It's going to help the league a lot."
Kaka moved to the MLS franchise from AC Milan last year.
